    PORKCHOP SAMMICHES

    Damn, it feels good to eat these. Just like mom…used to make? I don’t actually think my mother ever made porkchop sandwiches for me. At least not with tonkatsu sauce.

      nope, I just made you pork chops with mashed potatoes or grilled potatoes.
      what is tonkatsu sauce??

      It’s the Japanese take on Worcestershire sauce. It tastes like Worcestershire mixed with ketchup.
