Finally! Take that! You jerk, you!

After days of dealing with Yukiko’s stupid-ass, hard shadow, I have emerged victorious. The first time i tried to face this boss, I was destroyed way too fast so I did some grinding. I still wasn’t able to do it quite right, so I worked until I got Media for my main character so I could get a good amount of healing going.
This still wasn’t enough, though. This time around if a hit-all attack hits a weakness you still get an extra attack. Bad news for the player, mostly. The good news is instead of the Wait command, there is the Guard command and it not only reduces damage, but prevents knockdown from weaknesses. So, in order to win, I basically had to have Chie guard for the most part in the final half of the battle, but I did emerge victorious.
More stuff is slowly starting to open up. Now I can work part time jobs for extra cash and bonuses to my social stats. They also opened up the clubs just now, which was a lot sooner than in P3 where I think it was maybe June or July before you could choose a club. I went with Drama.
My PS3 started buzzing like a jet taking off so I am going to take a break for now.
