I had a seminar to give today so I thought I’d probably wimp out, but no.
I got my ass up at six A.M. Was out the door by half past and was back in time to make breakfast and got out the door to get my ride to the seminar. And I am tired as fuck right now.

The burning in my legs is only getting worse. I’m stretching, drinking water, trying to breathe right but fuck if it doesn’t hurt like hell. At least I am making it to the top.

Another very standard day. Definitely having an easier time on the last stretch of the road. Man, that first part is so hard. Which is a real shame because I would easily go to the conbini that is located on top of the hill more often which would mean things being a little bit easier, but hell, take what you can get.

What a day!
So first, I wake up late. That’s awesome. Second, I get out to my bike and the front tire is completely flat. So, not having a pump, I walk to the place where I can get my bike fixed and the bill sent to the BOE (which is how it should be as it isn’t my bike). I figure there might be a puncture since it went out so fast. Dude checks it, no puncture, fills the tires up and I bike back home. I start my morning trek and make it to the end of the first really tough part and my legs aren’t having it. Seriously, I have not felt that much pain from a bike ride in a long time. So, I figured the walking earlier and other biking along with making it through the hardest part of the trip is enough for one day. The point of this is for me to do some exercise every day instead of just sitting on my ass which would be the normal course of things. That part itself I was able to succeed in doing today, so hell, let’s call it on account of utter pain.

BURN BABY BURN! It’s almost getting boring. (And I am having trouble remembering to update on time.)

 

So yesterday, I ate some horse.

Raw horse, of course. And it was delicious!

Damn you kilograms.
So, the last stretch of the bike ride has started to get easier, but the first part is still hell. Probably since the first bit has the biggest incline. I somehow doubt I will ever be able to be fully comfortable riding up that hill, but we’ll see.

Really getting used to it but not getting good at it. I definitely don’t want to nap as soon as I get home, but man that moment on the top of the hill feels like a year while I try to catch my breath.

Normal day. Feel awful. Drank water. My weight is back up, but that is probably due to the damned fried cheese I have been eating. Stupid, delicious fried cheese.
