Goddammit.

Spring has sprung and along with it the legions of creepy crawlies that I loathe so much have began to leap forth from their damn hibernation to infest my home once again.

I clean, too! Lord do I even work hard to keep this place clean. But that won’t stop these little mother fuckers.

It seems if I write an article on my iPhone WordPress application, it gets saved as the date I started writing the article. What I posted yesterday showed up only half completed and in November of last year. That’s a tad bit disheartening.

Well, that learns me to not start writing an article and finish it months later.

Well, so far this year I have twice forgotten to write something. This is harder than I thought it would be.

If there is one thing I don’t like about the Wii, it’s the requirement of AA batteries for the controller. While I’m not fond of the PS3 controller having an unchangeable battery, at least I can charge it. And the 360 is similar to the Wiimote as it can take batteries, but you can also buy an official battery pack for it.

I have two different, unofficial, charge stations for my Wiimotes and they both suck.

The one pictured above is made by a company called Linx, and it produces a weird clicking sound from time to time. I cannot be sure I can trust that. Not to mention that the batteries don’t seem to last that long on them.

The other one has no markings on the product and I forget who made it. It is without an odd clicking noise, and for this I am grateful. Alas, it seems that the slightest fart of an ant will cause this one to not sit properly and not charge.

Nintendo tends to make amazing accessories and the fact that there is no official charge stand and battery pack for the Wii slightly irritates me. Rechargeable batteries are an option, but come on, having a charge stand is just that much fucking cooler. And lord knows I need to have my gaming setup look snazzy.

If anyone knows a good solution to this, let me know. Although, I think rechargables are in the forseeable future, as I doubt there would ever be a charge stand for the Balance Board.

Summer vacation is practically over now.

Did 3 weeks out of the six of bike riding that I planned, not too bad.

Beat 3 games and none of them ones I set out to beat, haha.

And I wanted to make a bigger post about this but my 360′s disc drive just busted into itself so I’m rather pissed and will instead just go to sleep.

This is the second in the past week where I consumed dairy products and quickly found myself running to the bathroom. This is most disheartening as a world without cheese and ice cream of various varieties is not a world I yearn to be a part of anytime soon.

I am, as they say in France, le sad.

Ugh.

There are currently three flies buzzing around me and pissing the ever living shit out out of me.

I had one in my apartment last night that was irritating me so much, I slowly over the course of a few minutes led it into my shower room and then locked myself in with it. At this point, I turned on the shower and kept pointing it at the fly until it finally collapsed under its new found water weight. I then held the shower head a few scant centimeters from the fly and let the hot water destroy what was left of the fucker.

That’ll teach ‘em.

It’s so hot.

I rode my bike for about an hour today, just to drop off some DVDs I rented. I could rent from the cheaper, closer place, but I justify the extra cost by the fact that it gets me to ride my bike a hell of a lot more and lord knows I need it.

I just rubbed down my balls with some Gold Bond Body Lotion. Feels like my nut sack is being assaulted by pure refreshment.

“Are you sure you want an Xbox LIVE Silver Membership, or do you want to go for an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership and experience games the way they should be played?”

Well, shit! If you put it that way what choice do I have, exactly?

So I found a copy of Vib Ribbon today that cost me less than a MOS Burger. Now, MOS Burgers are fairly priced and delicious so this made Vib Ribbon quite a steal.
Now, the PS3 was originally backwards compatible. And it had a PS2 in it, so it was supposed to be practically flawless. Or so I recall reading. Now, this feature has since been scrapped and that’s why I picked my PS3 up when I did. I want and need this feature for my large collection of games.
I think I’m going to have to buy a PS2 again.
Seriously, I get weird bugs once in a while when booting up some games. Sometimes they play flawlessly. Sometimes the video and sound just blink in and out on Persona 3. FF7 had massive slowdown during the final boss fight and FF8′s battle transitions looked fucked up.
Now I’ve got Vib Ribbon which loads slow as hell and sometimes fails to load at all. Goddammit, Sony.
