I really hated editing this video down to 10 minutes because it’s pretty damn good. The game, as well, is quite a blast to play.

You may notice a new tab up there next to where it says Videos. You may have noticed it before but clicking on it got you nothing of note. Well, fear no longer! I have gotten my gaming stream going up and working pretty decently.

When I’m not playing games live I’ll be showing videos that I have recorded in the past. The way I’m doing it, though, it’ll always say that I’m “live” but I may not necessarily be there playing. Most videos are under ten minutes, though, so that should be a give away.

iMovie has an option to upload to YouTube, but I think it compresses them a lot more than I’d like. Price to pay for laziness, perhaps?

I made these videos in Photo Booth, reversed them in QuickTime and when uploaded to YouTube, they are still backwards! Yay! At least SF4 makes sense when mirrored?

Eric and Alex Wish They Were Japanese Children Episode 1

So, I’ve been toying around with this idea for a while as I’ve just gotten into picking up random Famicom games for a couple of yen. My buddy Alex does the same so we’ve decided to just play some and record our banter. It could turn into nothing, and I’m not expecting anything, but I have enough fun doing it that it’s worth it so far. Problem is I don’t want to cap it to under 10 minutes to fit YouTube’s standards and it seems Google Video is going to stop taking uploads soon. Hosting it myself would kill bandwidth like a mother as well. So if anyone knows of a decent solution, lemme know! Until Google Video stops taking videos, I’mma gonna host it there.

The first one is the Famicom release of Dragon Buster, which I vaguely remember playing the arcade version of. Oh, before the video here are a few things I learned:

I am still bad at games.
I really need to stop cursing so much.
I sound funny.
